Q1: Is there a signature page or signature requirement on the Program Attestation Response Form?- A signature is not required for Federally-facilitated Exchange (FFE) Issuer Attestations because the responses are submitted through the Marketplace Plan Management System (MPMS) Module. However, a signature is required for State Partnership Exchange (SPE) Issuer Attestations.
